HOW TO BUY?

HOW TO BUY?

Video subtitled in Portuguese and English!

1 – Choose the patterns you want to buy and click on the “ADD TO CART” button. The pattern will be added to your cart. You can continue looking at the site and adding more patterns to your cart.

2 – When you have all the desired patterns in the cart, click on the cart icon at the top of the page. Check that the products in the cart are correct. You can delete a product by clicking the “X”, or go back to the store to select more products.

3 – If you have any discount coupons, enter the coupon in the indicated field and click on “APPLY COUPON”.

When everything is ok, click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”

4 – Select the desired payment method. For customers outside Brazil, only Paypal will appear. Unfortunately, you need a Paypal account.

5 – If you are logged into the site, the information we already have in your registration will be automatically filled in. If you are not logged in, please login. If you don't have an account yet, fill in all the requested data and your account will be created automatically.

6 – Fill in the mandatory data that are not yet filled in.

7 – Click to check the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”

8 – Click on “PROCEED TO PAYPAL”. You will be redirected to the Paypal website to make the payment.

You need to have a Paypal account.

9 – When your payment is approved, you will receive an email confirming the payment, with the link to download your file.

10 – If you do not receive the emails, in the MY ACCOUNT menu you have access to all your registration information, your orders and the files available for download.


PAYMENT METHOD FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE BRASIL

For customers outside Brazil, we only accept Paypal. Unfortunately, you need a Paypal account. The payment is usually approved on the spot.

WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD THE FILE?

When your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the link to download the file, which will also be available on the user panel, in the menu MY ACCOUNT/Downloads.

If you do not receive the email, you can check the status of your order in the user panel, in the menu MY ACCOUNT/Orders.


THE LINK DOES NOT WORK / THE FILE IS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT

You must be logged into the site with the same registration you used when making the purchase, or the link will not work, and the files will not appear in your account. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Lost your password?” and fill in your email or username in the indicated field. You will receive an email with instructions to change your password and access your account.

I CAN'T DOWNLOAD / OPEN THE FILE

To view PDF files you need to have any PDF reader program. There are many, but I recommend Adobe Reader. you can download it HERE.  

If you can't download or the file gives an error, try downloading in another browser (chrome, Firefox, etc), this usually solves the problem. If you still can't, get in touch.

CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Eu Quero Crochê only sells DIGITAL FILES. For this reason, cancellation or exchange requests will only be accepted if the user has NOT yet downloaded the file available on the site.

DO YOU SELL THE FINISHED DOLLS?

No, only the patterns in PDF (ebooks teaching how to make the dolls).
